The DKN Technology Vibration Trainers offer greater key benefits of things like range of frequency producing more of less amplitude and G-Load through the body for a better workout (20 - 50hz not 25 - 50hz like the PowerPlate Pro5) There is also a full range of time options from 30 seconds to 10 minutes per exercise, allowing for a more intense workout.
