It looks like you are watching a 50inch TV screen I am told, they got a great review on Channel 5’s Gadget Show a couple of weeks ago.

Just returned from a winter holiday in Thailand and had a go of these in the Apple shop over there. I have to say I was impressed. The guy in the shop plugged them into an iPod and ran several movie trailers. It was great. The funniest thing to get used to was that the screen it always in front of you even when you move your head. This means the view is always dead straight, even when laid down. The only reason I didn’t buy a pair in Thailand is that they have some heavy import tax, making them £250 a pair to buy over there.
That said, I’m now looking around the net to see what’s available.
Hope this helps.

Debbie I don’t think these will work being plugged into a laptop, it would depend on what output the laptop had, it would need to be able to connect to a Composite AV Cable

My dad has tunnel vision, and he can now barely see his Mac screen. Do you think these goggles could help?

I don’t know Igor, I would recommend you find them in a store and get him to try them first. They aren’t designed to help with that, so most likely won’t have any benefit, but worth a go if you can.

Hi,
I’ve just read this forum and what i really want to know is if you can connect it directly to the xbox 360 and ps3 because this seems great for gaming which is essentially what i will be using it for. knowing if it connects to the game consoles or not is what is going to make my decision for me. and if it doesn’t, then can it connect to a TV without any headphone socets or anything because if it doesn’t connect to my consoles then i’ll connect it to my TV. Kandevil plz message the answer :).
